Referring to the peak of Mt Olympus, Mytikas is a sub-range from Sorby Adams, using fruit from a vineyard in the Adelaide Zone - a great addition to their core Barossa range.
Medium garnet colour. Strawberry, dark cherry, cranberry and white pepper aromas. Medium-bodied yet richly-fruited, showing good red fruit concentration and the start of bottle development, firm tannins and crisp acidity, and background savoury oak.
