Another excellent Cabernet from one of the modern day pioneers of organic farming in McLaren Vale, and it's even better if it's decanted before serving.
Deep purple. Dark fruits, confectionary and exotic spices. Generous with intense varietal flavours of blackberry, blackcurrant, cassis and mulberry , hints of bay leaf and cedar adding complexity. Youthful with fine tannins and fresh acidity.
