An exclusive bottling of one of Jason Schwarz's favourite vineyards. Planted in 1881 the Schiller families vineyard shows why old vine Barossa vineyard are world renowned.
Opaque red purple. Vanilla, plum and spice aromas. Ripe and concentrated, with a massive core of spicy black and purple fruit, notes of raspberry coulis and milk chocolate, deep tannins, fresh acidity, and a very opulent yet well-balanced finish.
