The 2019 vintage in the Barossa was one that produced small volumes of exceptional quality grapes, and Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon excelled.
Inky dark red. Herbaceous nose of tobacco, sage, mulberry and cassis. A leafy, herbaceous example with crushed herbs and blackcurrant core depth, some juicy textural elements, earthy tannins and a savoury cedar oak finish.
