St Huberts is one of the great wine producers in the Yarra Valley, a region world-famous for its Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and their 2023 vintage is stunning.
Medium garnet colour. Lovely toasty oak, potpourri, forest floor and dark cherry aromas. Powerful red and blue fruit entry, with waves of amaro, undergrowth and raspberry coulis, fine tannins, deluxe oak, and a long, precise finish. Very classy.
