Peter Pollard carefully selected fruit from quality McLaren Vale vineyards, before being softly pressed to preserve the bright fruit and varietal flavours.
Glossy deep purple. Dark berries and fruits, hickory, liquorice and black olive aromas. Bold and full-bodied with a generous core of mulberry and plum, notes of black tea and wood smoke, powerful tannins, and plenty of oak in balance with the fruit.
