Not a mainstream blend, but perhaps it should be. Crafted by Australia's largest producer of organic wine with plantings stretching from the Hunter Valley to Orange.
Medium ruby. Vibrant nose of pot pourri, cherry, strawberry and mocha. Juicy and fresh with firm acidity driving the supple mix of red and blue fruits, with touches of dried herb, bay leaf, mushroom and earth, juicy acidity and a savoury finish.
