Winemaker Paul Bailey has crafted an elegant yet deeply-flavoured Shiraz from his vineyard in Gundagai, where the mature vines produce quality fruit.
Deep, dark red. Liquorice, mocha, plum compote, cherry and toasty oak. Concentrated red and black fruit entry in a medium to full-bodied style, with fine tannins, plenty of charry oak, supple acidity and a savoury, flavoursome finish.
