This blend of two varieties from different sub-regions of the Barossa highlights the synergy of this style. Bottle age has provided layers of complexity and interest.
Deep garnet. Raspberry, espresso, cocoa, cedar and old leather. A lovely aged red with a soft mix of fruit and savoury secondary characters showing as mocha, wood smoke, leather and dried herb, supple tannins and a flavoursome yet gentle finish.
