Sourced from a small selection of Shiraz blocks, the grapes were fermented in traditional open top vats, before being matured in older, large format French oak.
In the glass: Medium density red.
On the nose: Black plum, redcurrant, pepper and earth.
On the palate: Medium weight and elegant with a core of red and black fruits, subtle savoury notes, a very fine tannin structure and bright racy acidity.
