Ulithorne may have been named after the first Irish Catholic priest in Australia, but no altar wine is produced, just rich and flavoursome regional wines, like this one.
Full, deep red. Ripe nose of red and black fruit and toasty oak. A massively full-bodied red, with a dense, almost creamy texture, lashings of dark curranty fruit, layers of clove, black pepper and dark chocolate, plush tannins and a long finish.
