If there was any doubt that some of the best Aussie Cabernet hails from Coonawarra, this wine will dispel it. Although lovely now it will continue to soften in the cellar.
Deep, dark red. Classic varietal aromas of blackcurrant, plum and cedar. Very ripe palate with layers of anise, mocha, purple fruit and new leather, with ripe tannins and toasty oak.
