When they established their vineyard 20 years ago, Phil and Julie Hutton specialised in Merlot. They’ve since added Shiraz – a smart choice judging by the quality of this wine!
Medium to deep garnet. Lifted black pepper over mulberry, plum and charry cedar oak. Very spicy palate entry with black and purple fruit, cool climate herb, spice and cola notes, fine tannins, plenty of oak and earthy notes to finish.
