Hailing from Piedmont in northern Italy, Barbera has seen great success in the cool climate Adelaide Hills region, and this is a delicious example from winemaker Greg Clack.
Medium red purple in appearance. Graphite, cherry, plum and dried herb aromas. Light to medium-bodied, driven by elevated varietal acidity, with a vibrant core of red and black fruit, supple tannin texture, and background vanillin oak spice.
