A blend of the three classic Sparkling varieties, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, with the fruit sourced from both the Macedon Ranges and Pyrenees.
Very pale bronze tint. Ripe red berry fruit and nutty lees lift. Vibrant, youthful and juicy, quite complex with layers of sourdough, brioche and grilled nuts, alongside cherry and plum fruit, terrific acid freshness and flavour persistence.
