Bright and pale with a fine bead. Fresh aromas of pastry, stonefruit, citrus and brioche. Light-bodied, crisp and dry, with a core of lime, grapefruit and pear, mouth-watering acidity, hints of herbs and lemon sorbet, and a creamy mousse.
