Pale salmon pink. Fresh and clean aromas of cherry, citrus and sourdough. Full and flavoursome entry of nectarine and ripe red berries, tangy lemony acidity, delicate mousse, creamy mouthfeel, and a touch of fruit sweetness balanced by the acidity.
