Pale with a delicate bead. Citrus, stonefruit, red cherry , sourdough and grilled nuts. Very fresh and flavoursome, with good yeasty complexity, a mix of cashew and brioche, lively mousse, silken mouthfeel, and crunchy acid length. Developing well.
