Bright pale salmon. Restrained aromas of stonefruit, berries, citrus and oatmeal. Quite elegant, light in body and bone-dry, with hints of white cherry, ruby grapefruit and redcurrant, sea salt and wet stone minerality and a silky, saline texture.
