Made from Mataro with a splash of Cinsaut, two varieties very well suited to Rosé production, giving terrific colour, perfumed aromatics, and lovely red fruit drive.
Bright pale pink. Expressive aromas of ripe red berries, florals, juniper and dried herbs. Light and fresh, with raspberry, pomegranate and redcurrant fruit, hints of orange blossom and ruby grapefruit, mouth-watering acidity and fine minerality.
