The majority of Sparkling Red's tend to be made from Shiraz, however Hollick craft their example from estate-grown Merlot, and this soft and plummy drop is the result.
Dark ruby in appearance. Nose shows good balance between crushed herbs and red fruits. Rich and full-flavoured with a supple core of blue and purple fruit, some herb and floral notes, mouth-filing, creamy bubble, and a long, rich finish.
