Estate grown and hand-picked from Howard Vineyard's Block 9. The wine was whole bunch pressed with minimal skin contact, and 30% barrel fermented to give texture and complexity.
Very pale salmon pink. Rose petal, white strawberry and cherry aromas. Red berry fruit entry with fresh layers of watermelon and citrus rind, vibrant acidity, attractive spice and dried herb notes, chalky minerality and a refreshing finish.
