Lambrook Spark 2023

Fruit for 'Spark' is hand-picked then whole-bunch cold-pressed for up to 48 hours, before going through the Charmat process to create this delicious pink-hued Sparkling.
Light rose petal pink. Lifted aromas of raspberry and red apple with hints of jasmine and thyme. Powerful red berry sorbet entry, with a fine and creamy mousse and mouthfeel, excellent balance throughout, and a long finish. A lovely wine.
