A blend of 67% Chardonnay and 33% Pinot Noir. A simple play on words, ‘Envious’ was chosen to represent this Non-Vintage Sparkling wine, or ‘NVS’ for short.
Pale and bright with a fine bead. Clean and lifted aromas of honeydew, lemon and brioche. Generous entry of lemongrass, lime zest and custard apple, with a fine mouthfeel and acidity, and a moreish finish.
