Cath Oates is a skilful winemaker, and her Rosé is mouth-watering. Made from Tempranillo, it resembles a dry Provençale style - perfect with or without food.
Vibrant pale pink. Expressive aromas of red berries and crushed herbs. Light, bright and bone-dry, with layers of ruby grapefruit and white peach, savoury notes of pink pepper and borage, mouth-watering acidity and a fine finish.
