Risky Business' winemaker Andrew Vesey has crafted a thoroughly modern example of Aussie Rosé, with quality fruit grown in Margaret River. Minimal intervention winemaking means the wine may be slightly hazy, and vary from bottle to bottle.
Pale salmon pink. Turkish Delight, watermelon, game and crushed herbs. Quite rich and full-flavoured with powerful layers of rosewater, alpine strawberry and herbs, tightly-wound acidity, and a savoury, complex finish.
