Risky Business' winemaker Andrew Vesey has crafted a thoroughly modern example of Aussie Rosé, with quality fruit grown in WA's Mount Barker.
Very pale pink. Rose water, white peach and citrus zest. Full-flavoured, dry and savoury, with tightly-wound acidity, hints of cranberry, white strawberry and pink grapefruit, and a juicy finish. Quite latent yet complex.
