Apart from Prosecco, we don't see a lot of traditional Sparkling wine out of the King Valley, but this one from Sam Miranda is a beauty!
Faint bronze blush. Very floral nose with red berry fruit and brioche. Ripe and full-bodied with layers of cherry and strawberry, delicate mousse, crisp acidity and a soft, satiny finish. Fruit sweetness is well balanced by mouth-watering acidity.
