Sirromet make their Sparkling Red with Petit Verdot rather than the more traditional Shiraz, and it's the robust tannins of the variety that have helped this wine to age.
Medium garnet colour. Blackcurrant, sage, mint, earth and vanilla aromas. Quite rich, with developing layers of red and black fruit, hints of dried herb and kitchen spice, creamy mousse and a touch of mint tea to finish.
