This pale, dry wine, made from Tempranillo, is a great example of the textural Provence-style Rosé sweeping the country at the moment. Lip-smackingly delicious!
Pale to mid-salmon blush. Intense and lifted aromas of watermelon, blueberry sorbet and wild herbs. Ripe tropical melon, with focussed notes of rose petal and red confectionery, excellent core depth, mouth-watering acidity and savoury length.
