A fruit-driven Sparkling wine composed primarily of Grenache, but a small percentage of barrel-aged Chardonnay was added to provide creamy textural elements. Lovely!
Bright mid-pink with a fine bead. Candy shop, red berries and red liquorice aromas. Juicy and ripe in an approachable style, with lashings of strawberry and blood orange, a persistent mousse, and hints of berry conserve and sweet spices persisting.
