A small producer in the Yarra making some exciting wines. Savagnin is becoming a love affair with artisan producers, and when it tastes like this one, it's easy to see why.
Bright and fresh in appearance. Opens up in the glass to reveal perfumed white flower, cashew, anise, lemon and white melon. Satiny-soft and long with a delicious creamy mouthfeel, subtle honeyed melon umami notes, lovely balance and a gentle finish.
