Queensland’s oldest family-owned and operated winery tried something different with this dessert wine, using a new “icing” technique, which resulted in a delicious Viognier.
Bright lemon straw in colour with aromas of peach, apricot and hints of marzipan. Shows lovely weight on the palate, with a silken mouthfeel, hints of musk and ginger, terrific balance of sugar and acidity, and juicy, mouth-watering texture.
