Pale and bright. Citrus, stonefruit, gooseberry, pineapple, green melon and lemongrass. Shows a creamy mix of white and yellow fruit with lemon-lime acidity, soft texture, some fruit sweetness balanced by the acidity and a pure yet flavoursome finish.
