A slightly off-dry style with a lovely texture, intended to be consumed as a young wine, served chilled as an aperitif, or with a wide range of food.
Pale green gold. Clean and lifted pear, rose petal, honeydew and yellow apple. Floral and tropical fruit entry with sweet and ripe melon fruit and fruit tingle-like acidity. A good example Pinot 'G', which sits in the middle of the spectrum.
