Blue Pyrenees planted experimental plots of Viognier in the 1990s, and excited by the results, has undertaken further investment in this intriguing and delicious varietal.
Pale to mid-gold. Sweet lemon and honey with hints of white flower. Ripe and juicy, youthful and fresh, with layers of peach, apricot and ripe melon, notes of jasmine and ginger, and terrific limey acid drive. A lovely example of the variety.
