An underrated variety, Chenin Blanc is one of the few white wines that can age well, and this terrific example from Brini Estate shows the complexity of the aged style.
Iridescent yellow green. Citrus zest and floral aromas. Savoury with some development, yet still with attractive nectarine and melon fruit, good gore flavour depth, fresh acidity, and a complex finish. A wine of interest that's drinking well.
