Chenin Blanc is not a widely planted variety but it’s part of Churchview's core range. Wild yeast fermentation and time in barrel adds complexity and texture. A lovely wine.
Pale straw with a green hue. Expressive aromas of citrus, stonefruit, cashew and warm herbs. A richer style of Chenin, with layers of grapefruit, yuzu and star fruit, hints of almond meal and toast, racy acidity, and a lovely silken texture.
