Although very much in the crisp Grigio side of the Pinot 'G' spectrum, this also possesses a some textural elements that you'd normally see in the richer Gris styles.
Pale with green freshness. Lifted nectarine and green apple aromas. Medium-weight, savoury and minerally with a silken texture, fruit tingle acidity, bright layers of nashi and stonefruit, and a long, deluxe finish.
