Sourced from the Cox family vineyard in Tumbarumba, which is planted at 530m above sea level. Only 15% new oak is used to keep the fruit to the fore.
Medium lemon colour. Savoury toasted cashew and stonefruit lift. Rich and flavoursome with a zesty mix of nectarine, green melon and grapefruit zest, lightly layered with mineral and sea spray, juicy acidity, balanced oak and good persistence.
