Sourced from the Cox family vineyard in the cool climate Tumbarumba region, which is planted at 530m above sea level. Only 15% new oak is used to keep the fruit to the fore.
Bright green straw. Bright nectarine and lime juice with sandalwood oak spice. Bold fruit entry of opulent pineapple and nectarine, alongside satin-soft barrel spices of nougat and cashew, with fine acidity, and a pure, focussed finish.
