The quality of the wines being produced at Credaro is superb, and although this tightly-wound Chardonnay is delicious now, it's definitely yet to show its best.
Bright mid lemon colour. Struck match over yellow peach and honeydew melon. Tight and minerally citrus palate with notes of stonefruit, lemongrass and oyster shell, vibrant acidity and balanced cedar oak. Needs a little time to come out of its shell.
