This sensational sticky comes from the New South Wales Riverina region where local wineries consider Botrytis Semillon to be one of their gifts to the wine world.

On the nose: Luscious aromas of apricot, crème brulee and honeysuckle with a strong botrytis lift.
On the palate: Classically aromatic and intense with a lusciously rich core of butterscotch, marmalade and honey beautifully balanced by very long mouth-watering acidity.
