Pale with a gold fleck. Aromas of green melon, peach, ginger and flinty oak. Soft entry with an ethereal mix of lime, nougat and vanilla biscuit, creamy mouthfeel, saline minerality, and lovely supporting oak. Long, fresh and complex.
