Simon Adams has three children - Angus, Digby and Sally, from which the portmanteau Gudilly is derived, and the wines under this label represent the next generation.
Pale and bright in appearance. White flowers, pear, apple, quince, anise and white pepper aromas. Medium-bodied with a glossy texture, a core of melon and nashi, sherbety acidity, some chalky phenolics and hints of musk to finish.
