We always enjoy the style of Pinot Gris that Irvine make. Each vintage it shows ripe fruit flavours and a backbone of refreshing acidity, with a smooth and velvety texture.
Pale and bright. Subtle nose of pink lady apple, poached pear and lime zest. A light-weight Gris style with pear, quince and apple core depth, soft acidity and supple texture, and an almost chalky, talc-like finish. Will develop well in the short term.
