Simall Wines was established in 2003 by Simon Hall, and they produce cool climate wines on the South Coast of New South Wales, which are released under five wine brands.
Pale with a green hue. Fresh and vibrant yet restrained pear and red apple with a hint of cinnamon. Shows some exotic notes under ripe pear and quince, generous texture, soft acidity and plenty of flavour to finish. Quite textural and more Gris-like.
