Simall Wines was established in 2003 by Simon Hall, and they produce cool climate wines on the South Coast of New South Wales, which are released under five wine brands.
Bright pale yellow in appearance. Lemon, guava and passionfruit aromas. Ripe and creamy with layers of white, green and yellow fruit, hints of vanilla and pistachio on the juicy acid finish.
