This is the inaugural release of Fiano from Kimbolton, and based on our initial assessment, it looks set for a big future. Impressive.
Pale with green freshness. Punchy aromas of oyster shell, marzipan, almond, vanilla and ripe pear. Rich and powerful, dry and savoury with stonefruit, nashi and delicious apple, almond-like textural notes, bright acidity and a rich, nutty finish.
