Buttercup lemon yellow in appearance. Preserved lemon, honey, lanolin and dried herb aromas. Classic aged Hunter Semillon, with roasted nuts and barbequed lime, creamy mouthfeel, crisp acidity and a dry yet flavoursome finish.
